Delivery Timing & Cut-offs

What are your delivery time slots?
We offer three delivery windows: 9 AM–12 PM (order by 8 AM), 12 PM–3 PM (order by 12 PM) and 3 PM–6 PM (order by 4 PM). Select your preferred window at checkout.
Can I get same-day flower delivery?
Yes. Order before 4 PM for same-day delivery, then choose your window. Orders placed after 4 PM are delivered the next day. This cut-off applies to all areas we serve.
What is Express Delivery and how much does it cost?
Express Delivery costs RM 50 and arrives within 4 hours of order confirmation. It's ideal for urgent, last-minute orders when you can't wait for a standard delivery window.
Do you deliver on weekends and public holidays?
Yes, we deliver 7 days a week including weekends and Malaysian public holidays, on the same 4 PM same-day cut-off. During festive peaks such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, order 2–3 days ahead to secure your preferred window.
How do I check if you deliver to my address, and can I track it?
Enter your address at checkout to see availability and any delivery fee before payment. For time-sensitive orders we share real-time updates over WhatsApp at 010-334 0288 — message us with your postcode or order number.

Where We Deliver — Selangor & Kuala Lumpur

Do you deliver across Klang Valley?
Yes. We cover Kuala Lumpur city centre, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, Subang Jaya, USJ, Puchong, Cheras, Ampang, Kepong, Mont Kiara, Bangsar, TTDI, Damansara and surrounding townships. We deliver to condominiums, gated communities, offices and high-rise lobbies — add your unit, block and access notes at checkout.
Which areas in Puchong and Subang Jaya do you cover?
In Puchong: IOI Boulevard, Bandar Puteri Puchong, Puchong Jaya, Puchong Utama, Puchong Prima, Bukit Puchong, Kinrara and Taman Mas. In Subang Jaya: USJ 1–25, the SS areas (SS13, SS14, SS15, SS17, SS19), Subang Perdana, Ara Damansara, Subang Bestari and Sunway.
Do you deliver to Cyberjaya and Putrajaya?
Yes. We deliver to tech parks, residential precincts, government offices, universities and commercial hubs throughout Cyberjaya and Putrajaya. For government buildings, provide the department, floor and recipient name for security clearance.

Do you deliver to Nilai?
Yes. We cover Nilai town centre, Nilai Perdana, Nilai Sentral, Putra Nilai, Taman Seri Kota and Taman Sri Nilam, plus the Nilai University, INTI International University and USIM campuses.
Do you deliver to Bandar Sri Sendayan in Seremban?
Yes. Bandar Sri Sendayan (BSS) including Sendayan Tech Valley and BSS Boulevard is within our network.

Where We Deliver — Johor

Do you deliver to Iskandar Puteri, Forest City and Gelang Patah?
Yes. We cover Medini, Kempas, Bukit Indah, Horizon Hills, East Ledang, Nusa Idaman and Educity, plus Forest City residential units, townhouses and hotel suites (provide unit, block and island), and Gelang Patah township including Taman Nusa Damai and Taman Munsyi Ibrahim.
Do you deliver to Kulai, Senai and Skudai?
Yes. In Kulai: Kulai town, Indahpura, Bandar Putra Kulai, Taman Kempas Indah and Taman Putra Indah. In Senai: residential areas, industrial parks and zones around Senai International Airport. In Skudai: Taman Universiti, the Skudai Parade area, Taman Bukit Indah Skudai and the UTM campus.
Do you deliver to Pasir Gudang, Masai and Ulu Tiram?
Yes. In Pasir Gudang: the town centre, Taman Pasir Putih, Taman Johor Jaya, Taman Pelangi and industrial estates. In Masai: Taman Rinting, Taman Nusa Perintis, Plentong and the Masai industrial zones. In Ulu Tiram: Taman Daya, Taman Gaya, Taman Setia Indah and Taman Kota Masai.

Special Deliveries

Can you deliver to hospitals?
Yes, we deliver to hospitals including Sunway Medical Centre and others across our service areas. Check the ward's flower policy first, as some ICUs restrict fresh flowers — in those cases soap flower bouquets (RM 68–188) are a good alternative: allergy-safe, odour-free and long-lasting.
Can you deliver to universities for graduation?
Yes. We deliver to campuses including UTM (Skudai), MMU and Limkokwing (Cyberjaya), Nilai University, INTI International University, USIM and the Educity institutions in Iskandar Puteri. Sunflower and mixed graduation bouquets (RM 108–298) are most popular; order 48 hours ahead during peak convocation season (October–November).
Do you do corporate and grand opening flower deliveries?
Yes. We deliver grand opening flower stands (RM 328–598) and corporate bouquets to offices, business parks and industrial estates — including Cyberjaya tech parks, Medini, Sendayan Tech Valley, and the Kulai and Pasir Gudang industrial areas. WhatsApp 010-334 0288 for corporate accounts and bulk orders.
Can you deliver to hotels?
Yes. We deliver to hotels across our service areas, including Forest City Golf Resort and Marina Cove, coordinating timing with the concierge on your behalf. Provide the hotel name, guest name and room number where known.
Can you deliver condolence and sympathy flowers?
Yes. We deliver condolence standing arrangements to funeral homes and family residences, with white lily and chrysanthemum arrangements from RM 218, appropriate across ethnicities and faiths. For urgent same-day bereavement orders, WhatsApp 010-334 0288 and we'll prioritize it.

What payment methods do you accept?
