How do I place an order?

  • Shopping with Laurels & Leafz for the first time? We’re thrilled to welcome you! Simply visit our website at lnl.florist to place your order. It’s as simple as following these 5 steps, which take just 3 minutes!

    1. Choose your favorite product.
    2. Add it to your cart, along with any additional items you’d like.
    3. Pick your preferred delivery date.
    4. Enter your billing and shipping information.
    5. Complete your payment, and we’ll get started on crafting your special gift.

Can I place an order via phone, chat, or WhatsApp?

  • To ensure you get the best shopping experience, orders need to be placed directly on our website at lnl.florist. However, if you need any assistance, we’re here to help via phone, chat, or WhatsApp.

Is there a cut-off time for placing orders?

  • Yes, there is! For same-day delivery in KL, Selangor, and Johor, our cut-off time is 4 PM. We deliver every day of the week, Monday through Sunday.

Can I change my order details (date/address/message)?

  • Yes, you can, but you'll need to notify us as soon as possible. If you want to modify your order details, please email us at info@lnl.florist with the updated information. At Laurels & Leafz, we strive to accommodate last-minute changes, but we can only guarantee updates (such as delivery address and card message) if requested by 10 AM, one day before the delivery date. For changes during special occasions, please submit your request at least three days in advance (for example, if your delivery is on Valentine’s Day, February 14th, your request should be submitted by 10 AM on February 11th)

Can I cancel my order?  

  • Yes, you can cancel your order by emailing us at info@lnl.florist by 10 AM the day before your scheduled delivery. Once confirmed by our Customer Service team, your payment will be refunded as store credit (Laurels & Leafz Gift Card). This gift card will be valid for one year and can be used to purchase any product in our store. Any remaining balance can be applied to future purchases.
  • If you prefer a cash refund, please note that a processing fee of RM5 or 5%, whichever is greater, will be applied.
  • Please be aware that refunds typically take 14 to 21 working days to process. We will, however, handle your refund as promptly as possible.
  • We reserve the right to withhold a refund if we suspect the order may be fraudulent.

    PAYMENT

    What payment methods do you accept?

    • We accept all major credit cards, including Visa and Mastercard. If you prefer not to use a credit card, you can also choose to pay via online bank transfer (FPX) or e-wallets like Grab, Boost, and others through iPay88.

    Are payments on your site secure?

    • Yes, we partner with iPay88 to ensure a secure online shopping experience. iPay88 safely handles all credit card information, and we do not store or have access to your credit card details.

    DELIVERY

    Do you deliver flowers and gifts?

    • Yes, we do! At Laurels & Leafz, we offer 100% FREE same-day delivery for all orders within Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, and Johor Bahru (with an additional surcharge for more remote areas). In a hurry? Opt for our Express Delivery during checkout to receive your flowers within the next 4 business hours

    Where do you deliver?

    • We offer FREE delivery to Klang Valley (Kuala Lumpur & Selangor) and Johor Bahru. For more remote locations, an additional surcharge may apply, which will be displayed automatically during checkout.     Can I select specific delivery timing?

    • We offer same-day delivery for flowers and gifts in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, and Johor Bahru for orders placed before 4 PM.
    • You can choose from three delivery time slots: (9 AM - 12 PM), (12 PM - 3 PM), or (3 PM - 6 PM). On your delivery date, you can track your order status here.
    • For urgent orders or specific timing, we recommend using our Laurels & Leafz Express Delivery service (+ RM 50), which ensures delivery within 4 hours of placing your order during our operating hours (9 AM - 6 PM).
    • if we don’t deliver your order within the promised 4 hours, we’ll refund the delivery charge as a sign of our dedication to you. Please note, however, that delays due to factors beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions, are exceptions. While we aim for punctuality, sometimes nature has its own agenda!

    Does the recipient need to be present to receive the flowers?

    • For a smooth and efficient delivery, please ensure that your recipient is available at the provided address to accept the flowers. Free delivery is made only once. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the flowers will be returned to us, and you will receive a notification.
    • If you need to arrange a redelivery, a minimum fee of RM 15 will apply, which varies based on the recipient’s location and the condition of the flowers. Please note that we do not provide replacement flowers if the original arrangement is wilted upon return.
