Step 1: Choose Your Bouquet

Step 2: Select Your Location
We deliver to KL/Selangor (from Petaling Jaya) and Johor Bahru/Seremban (from our JB workshop).
Step 3: Choose Delivery Date and Time
Same-day delivery is available if you order before 4 PM. Scheduled delivery is available up to 30 days in advance.
Step 4: Enter Delivery Address
Include full address details. For offices and hospitals, add company name, floor, or ward details for fastest delivery.
Step 5: Add Your Message
Every order includes a free personalised card. Keep messages to 2-4 lines for best appearance.
Step 6: Choose Add-Ons
Add cakes, fruit boxes, balloons, or soft toys to create a complete gift set.
Step 7: Pay Securely
We accept credit/debit cards, FPX online banking, e-wallets, and Buy Now Pay Later options.
Step 8: Track Your Order
You'll receive email confirmation, WhatsApp updates on dispatch, and final delivery confirmation.

We aim to match the product photo as closely as possible. Seasonal availability occasionally means we substitute a similar bloom of the same colour and quality.
What if nobody is home when the flowers arrive?
Our driver calls before arriving. If nobody answers, we leave the flowers in a safe spot and send a photo confirmation.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, up to 4 hours before scheduled delivery time. WhatsApp us immediately if you need to make changes.
What if I entered the wrong delivery address?
WhatsApp us immediately with your order number and correct address. If the driver hasn't left, we update it free of charge.
Is online ordering safe?
Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify's secure encrypted system. We do not store your card details. If you're uncomfortable with online payment, order via WhatsApp and we'll send a secure payment link.
How long do flowers last after delivery?
Fresh flower bouquets last 7-14 days with proper care (daily water changes, stem trimming). We include a flower care guide and flower food with every order. Soap flowers last 2-3 years as decorative pieces requiring no maintenance.
Can I order for delivery to a different state?
