Delivery & Refund Policy

The risk of loss and title for items purchased by you on this Site pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier pursuant to a shipment contract. When We ship to you or per your directions to another person, you agree to pay the shipping and any handling charges shown on this site when your order is placed. 

 

We reserve the right to increase, decrease and add or eliminate charges from time to time and without prior notice, so you agree to check all charges before placing an order or signing up for a service. Any shipping or handling charges may or may not reflect actual costs.

Please understand that due to the perishable nature of flowers, we are unable to accept returns. Thus once the product is ready and sent out, there will be no refund or changes.

 

Clients may raise a dispute in the event they face an issue with their payment (duplicate transactions, transactions error, etc). We reserve the right to act accordingly if the client request for a refund for the dispute.

 

Any refunds processed shall be via the original payment method for easier tracking of money movement. Else, the customers may dispute for credit not processed and merchant shall be liable for the disputes received.


In the event of an error, whether on this Site, in an order confirmation, in processing an order, delivering a product or service or otherwise, We reserve the right to correct such error and revise your order accordingly if necessary (including charging the correct price) or to cancel the order and refund any amount charged.
